Type to start documenting your journey Mrs. Seifert!

Well, here is is Mrs. Seifert! Your own online blog. To keep track of your progress easily, we have set up this online blog for you. Simply record and type up a post of things that you have done for the week. For example, you could put that you "walked this morning for 30 minutes, and for breakfast I had a bowl of cereal with my usual cup of coffee." 

Use this blog to keep us updated on your progress on your fitness, diet, as well as your health and wellness! We will be able to comment on each post you make. 

We have also set up tabs on the side for you where we will be able to post plans and information that we would like to you know.
